...We're not the stuff of Heroes...
Tanis Half-Elven, Margaret Weis & Tracy Hickman. Forgotten Realms. Sigil. Dragonlance. Dark Sun. Ravenloft. All illustrious campaign worlds created by T.S.R.. The LdA Members almost all started playing in the AD&D Rule System, and while most turned to another system, they still look with fondness to the worlds that turned their dreams true. World of Magic and Sword, of great Battles and Dragons... You will find here our own creations for the AD&D Rule System. Campaigns, new monsters, home rules, etc.. Feel free to copy and use them as you need, as long as you don't make money with it. Should you use the material to your own creations, be it on paper or on the web, please mention the names of the authors, our association, and of course, the name of the company who was the origin of it all: T.S.R..
Raoul ''Violence'' Borges
Never came to the thought, when trapped in that N-th stupid trapped chest, that your human warrior should, perhaps, learn how find and remove traps? Never asked yourself how a Mage could learn how to use properly a sword? Exhaused by tge kits? The stupid rules about changing classes, about how a spell must be learnt and cast, etc. etc.? AD&D LdA Edition is for you. You will find there home rules that, if they must still be balanced properly (in XP costs) has the merit to be an ingenious idea to customize your character with still being compatible with any editon of this illustrious Role-Playing Game!
Another variation, combining the spirit of AD&D and the Storyteller System. The aim of this work is to enable me to ''Storytell'' AD&D without the bulk of outdated rules. The Storyteller System, created by White Wolf Game Studio, is a very versatile system, and the only changes are in the stats of the ''monsters'', as well as the Magic System. Dungeons&Dragons: The Storyteller System Edition is for you. You will find there rules that will enable you to play AD&D, including most official AD&D scenarii and works while avoiding using its outdated system.
T.S.R. had some questions for a possible 3rd Edition. Given at the GenCon 96, it was too late to answer. Still, I made an HTML answer open to all. Feel free to Email us your own comments.
